OPEN POSITION! The Truant Alternative Program is seeking positions within Ogle County schools with the potential of some Lee County districts. Our goal is to collaborate services with students, families, and schools to address causes of absenteeism and create a resolution to academic success by providing supportive services. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. This is a 10 month position with the last day being June 15th. IMRF is offered. Health benefits are not offered. Hot Chocolate Day!
Students in KA had fun having a Hot Chocolate Day! Students made hats, did hot chocolate math, and made a hot chocolate booklet. They even had a sight word snowball fight under the lights of falling snow! Students who wanted, enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate, complete with whipped cream. It was a fun and tasty day in KA.
